Wedding Planning & Design

AKA our Full Service Package. Sometimes couples come to us who would love to spend 150+ hours planning their wedding but in reality, it’s just not in the cards. We get it! Don’t stress. Your past time is our full time. We’ll curate, design, plan, and execute the wedding of your dreams while keeping frequent check points to make sure your vision is being met. Let us do the heavy lifting so you can get the highlights. We want to find the oddities, the silly stories, the stuff that makes you grin from ear to ear and put that at the forefront of your wedding. We will be there throughout planning and of course, on the day of your wedding to run the show and clean it all up. We offer unlimited email communication, Zoom calls, and early morning texts… hit. us. up.

Day of Coordination &
Planning Consultation

We've reimagined our Day Of Coordination to better suit your needs. Rather than step in just weeks before the big day, this updated and proactive approach will spare you months worth of seemingly endless research. Over the course of your planning journey, we'll meet with you a total of six times, reviewing a streamlined planning checklist we’ve put together for you. Together we’ll brainstorm ideas, share vendor recommendations, and offer our unwavering support and insights for any questions you may have. This way, once your big day approaches, we’re already well-versed with every aspect of your wedding.

Northern California Venue Search

Finding a venue with the help of a planner means hours and hours of work taken off your hands. It’s knowing which venues will save you money and which will incur a torrent of hidden fees. It’s having someone on your team who will ask all the right questions and help you see the potential in any space. We will first work with you to discover all of the “must haves”, “nice to haves”, and “definitely nots” and then send you a list of spots that fit the bill. The One is out there,

A La Carte Wedding Design

For those of you who want a tailor-made event aligning with your style and chosen venue but want to execute the plans yourselves, we're happy to join you as your Wedding Design Stylists.

Our design services come with a comprehensive design deck, providing detailed insights into every aspect of your wedding, from venue aesthetics to floral arrangements. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication, welcoming your feedback to refine and perfect the design. Your wedding should be a reflection of your love and style, and that's precisely what we aim to deliver.

01 Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?

 

Yes! We warmly welcome couples of all faiths, nationalities, sexual orientations, races and ages. Planning the wedding of two humans in love is truly the greatest gift. We would be honored to help bring your vision to life with a team of vendors who are 100% there for you. Our job is to give you and your community an experience that feels celebratory, safe, and wholly you.

02 My partner and I would love to incorporate different aspects of our cultures into our wedding. Are you able to help with that?

 

We would love to! We work with folks of all different backgrounds to ensure their family and culture are celebrated. Our couples take the lead on what they’d like to incorporate and then we are there to support them through additional research and a badass team of hand-selected vendors and professionals to bring their dream to life.

03 Do you plan weddings outside of the Bay Area and do you charge a travel fee?

 

We love to travel! As for fees, we do not charge a travel fee for events within one hour of San Francisco. If your event is within California, we include a $1,000 fee for single-day weddings. For weddings outside of California or multi-day weddings, let’s chat.

04 How does pricing work? Will we receive an invoice after the wedding?

 

We offer set package pricing that does not change over the course of planning. Each planner prices their packages a bit differently. Some planners start with a quote which can evolve over time, but I prefer to get a solid idea up front and stick to that. The only time you’ll receive an invoice following an event would be for a predetermined reimbursement.

05 I noticed your packages begin after a venue is selected. Are you able to help us find our dream venue?

 

Absolutely! We recently made the decision to handle the search for your ideal venue separately from our planning packages. We found this gives couples the most flexibility in planning. First, if we find your dream venue but discover the venue’s availability and our availability don’t match up, we would never want to be the reason you have to wait a year to get married. Second, sometimes a venue comes with a great deal more than you anticipated. If so, you may feel comfortable bringing us on as Project Manager as opposed to Designer. Lastly, venue selection is THE number one factor in what your event is going to look like. The scale of your event needs may shift once a venue is signed. By waiting to put together your planning package, we have a much more accurate idea of where we can best support you.
